Holy crapoly! A 73 percent cost increase for potty usage?
How about this: Let's encourage all Lodians to use "public" buildings instead of their home. For example, City Hall has some nice new commodes. Or use the "poop-in-pail" procedures and carefully leave it on the City Hall steps!
