U.S. citizens aren't willing to pay their debt
When I have a debt, I want to be responsible for it. Likewise for a nation of U.S. citizens, right?
Last month, I denied that U.S. citizens were willing to pay their debt, and I suggested that there were dire consequences ever since. I cited the War of 1812, the Civil War, the Stock Market crash of 1929, and 70 years of slavery ending in 1999. About a month has gone by, and Lodi hasn't reorganized because of my letter.
This month, Lodi's best public writer, on June 20 wrote, "... activist judges, who do not feel bound by their oaths of office and/or Article VI of the Constitution of the United States ... " Almost the whole of American society follows this self-centered example, believing that an oath of office must certainly refer to the Bill of Rights. This is the failing of every public citizen who crosses the bar in a courtroom, believing that they have constitutional rights, or believing that the judge is bound to uphold them. In court, virtually every public citizen loses without understanding what happened. A citizen who does not acknowledge the debt of the United States corporation has no way of understanding.
Last month, my letter about the United States' debt also referred to Article VI, and now Lodi is seeing that this same Article is about public servants taking an oath of office. How could this be? Public officials take an oath to uphold and respect the public debt. Otherwise, bankers could foreclose and our nation would not exist! If the states and their citizens were notified of this arrangement, would they willfully pay? No! Instead, they waged civil war. Consequently, the victorious federal government was forced to make changes. Unimaginable corruption was ushered into Washington and New York, and the subject U.S. citizens paid the highest price. I would be wasting my time to explain to U.S. citizens who do not acknowledge the debt.
U.S. citizens are notified through Hollywood, but they think "The Wizard of Oz" is a child's story, and that "The Matrix" is an action-drama.

If my process is successful, do you really think that I can post it into the public venue?
I will say:
1) There are remedies in the public all over the place. In order to use any of these processes, it is absolutely imperative that the user understands who he/she is, and his/her relationship to the UNITED STATES corporation.
2) People who understand suddenly become a target, and for that reason, I can only throw out suggestions that lead you into study, but in the public, I cannot post the answer. Do you think by now I might have been visited perhaps at the front door?
3) News stories are spun in the form of law-enforcement press releases. Lodi recently had one, and nobody in the public figured out the real story. Instead, people ridiculed the innocent person because of the news, in these comment columns. I offered to write a letter on this episode of Lodi history, but the person gave me a definite flat-out, NO! "

The bank sold the promissory note, to generate the funds, to give to us.
Actually, the bank loans $0 out of its own assets, and when we make payments they are not just making money on the interest. They are making money on the principal, because they didn’t loan a single dime of their own money.
If we acknowledge this, and try to hold the bankers accountable for the stolen funds, they will foreclose upon the security.
Pretty tough to find this old law from the Lincoln administration: National Currency Act, ch. 106, 13 Stat. 99, June 3, 1864. Section 27 of this law states that it is illegal for any bank to sell a note. Uh-oh. They bundle them up into billion dollar bundles and sell them to the highest bidder. This is a violation.
Moreover, they put the notes into the photocopy 30times and do it again. "
danielh wrote on Jul 16, 2009 9:10 PM:
When people send you a bill, they are actually trying to pay you interest because you are the principal, and they are trying to pay you interest on the principal, in the form of corporate manufacturing goods. What you think is a bill doesn’t say the word “bill” or anything related thereof on the paper. It is a statement. In other words, they are notifying you of the amount of interest that you have used in your “purchase” of corporate manufacturing goods.
Legally, they are asking you to acknowledge the statement, and if you just sign it and send it back, they are supposed to discharge the debt. The debt does not exist.
However, just about every banker in American society steals these funds, and this is the reason why our fictitious Monopoly economy is crashing.
This is the reason why 3-months ago, I wrote a letter about the gold wealth that really is in Jackson. "

It's amazing how words can go out into the universe and be recorded and remembered and repeated back.
That was something I learned in my studies on how to handle a criminal banker or government-elected official.
It can be used to put a corporation into default, and then we can re-write our own contract. It's called "novation."
The bankers use it against US citizens all the time, and they just don't realize:
We determined that we don't like your payment history, or you are now at-risk, so we're going to raise the interest rate on your account. If you object in such a way that you show that your account is in good-standing, it doesn't matter if your objection is true or not, just that you rebutted the presumption, and they can't legally raise the interest rate.
Generally, if we learn this material, and what's legal, the banks ignore the law and steal money from us anyway. When this happens, we can use the same tools to put a huge, and I mean 9-zeros international lien against them. "

He told me he had stopped blogging altogether.
He said it was because of the Red Chinese spy cams in his toilet paper or something (it was hard to tell because he was mumbling). "

" I saw that comment and naturally ignored it. Of course it's entirely up to you if you are affected by it in any way. I take my own advice that I offer to others in like situations and simply ignore that which has no impact upon me.
Naturally I wonder why you bring it up now; but even that is inconsequential to the discussion at hand, don't you think.....

Naturally I wonder why you bring it up now; but even that is inconsequential to the discussion at hand, don't you think? My recent comment to you was regarding a different remark offered by someone else. And that question still stands.
But clearly you should understand what I think of most of your letters and theories and therefore must ditto Gator's 11:26 AM comment as it pertains to your letter and subsequent comment made at 9:42 AM. "

I'm saying that the UNITED STATES as a corporation has been in bankruptcy since its creation in 1789, and because its people did not want to pay, Americans have paid the highest price: slavery and war.
Bankers have held a security interest with a right to foreclose since 1789, and our presidents and congress have been juggling this debt ever since, until 1999.
If you don't wish to waste a good mind, it might be wise to ask why 1999 was so special. "

If this happened to any of us, it wouldn't be a very strong point on our resume when we're trying to impress the opposite sex, unless we can find another like-minded debtor. "
