Stockton Ports to host clinic
The Stockton Ports invite youth players from the Stockton community and San Joaquin County to come to Banner Island Ballpark for a pre-game baseball/softball Clinic on June 28 and for the baseball camp June 29-30.
At the clinic, young fans can come early to Banner Island Ballpark on Sunday, June 28 and get great playing tips from players and coaches. June 28 is also Little League Night at the ballpark. Fans are encouraged to attend the clinic, which is tentatively scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and then enjoy watching the Ports take on the Lancaster JetHawks at 6:05 p.m.
The clinic is free with a paid ticket to the game. Former Port and current Oakland A's pitcher Dallas Braden will be at the game, and he will be signing autographs for free.
