Thank you from the Kaiser-Frazer Club
On the weekend of May 1 through May 3, you may have seen the Kaiser-Frazer Club driving in the Lodi area during our spring meet in Lodi, sponsored by Gladys Corlett and myself.
We had 10 cars ranging from a 1947 Frazer to a 1954 Kaiser, and 25 or so people in attendance during the three-day event.
We would like to thank the owners and staff of the following businesses: the Budget Inn as our host hotel; Phillips Farms-Michael David Winery, Royce Farms, Hollywood Cafe, Richmaid Restaurant and A&W Restaurant, all in Lodi; and Al's Place, of Locke, as our dining hosts. A special thanks to Pete Knight of A&W for the surprise raffle set-up and prizes on Saturday.
Also, thanks to the staff at Micke Grove Park. A good time was had by all — all that would fess up, anyhow.
Philip Rew and Gladys Corlett
