When people fear feds, that is tyranny
"That wasn't me." Those were Barack Obama's words marking his 100 days in office.
But it was him and Congress that created a budget so out of control. For the last two years a Democratic Congress and an Illinois senator held the purse strings and drained the federal bank account.
It is continuing under his presidency. The economy has worsened, unemployment is at a 25 year high and the U.S. has lost more than 1.2 million jobs since he took office. The deficit is nearly 1.75 trillion dollars — each taxpayer would owe about $22,000. Now he wants to spend $1 trillion over the next 10 years for his health plan.
He is firing CEOs and deciding how bankruptcies should proceed. When did we stop using political solutions for political problems and financial solutions for financial problems?
It appears his style of leadership is to orchestrate such a mess to distract us from his skill and his administration's desire to set up legislation and policies we don't want and that will not work. The means justify the end.
They want to apply a mileage tax, why should we pay taxes on how far we drive our cars? When did government gain the right to dictate to our driving habits? And that is not half of the reforms.
They want to appoint Supreme Court justices who empathize with the social issues. That's a fine statement when you are looking for a doctor, but we need judges who understand the Constitution and the rule of law. They don't need to make decisions on how they feel the day the case comes before them or legislate social issues for the bench.
Fifty-five million Americans did not vote for the federal government to occupy the private sector. Stop this madness. This transcends party lines and is not about Democrats or Republicans. It is about being an American and the founding of our country. When the people fear the government, that is tyranny; when the government fears the people, that is liberty. I believe this was a statement by our Founding Fathers and their intent for America.

I will start with Pelosi, how's that working for you....grow up people name calling should be beneath you but, evidently since you have never grown up and continue to be infants dependent on govt parents, I guess I should expect no better.
Start? You and your fellow travelers have been on Pelosi like fleas on a hound for decades now.
You can condemn attacks on the mentally challenged all you want but please, spare us the faux self righteousness. "

Warren Buffet and Donald Trump said Obama had no choice, people who make money like they do know a hell of a lot more than we do. Do I fear my
Government, no way… The only thing that bothers me are some of the clowns shooting their mouth off on talk radio…We have a problem all right to many people think we can snap our fingers and it will be ok, that ain’t going to happen. It will be fixed but it takes time…It’s time to go to bed and go to sleep listening to 4 or 5 F-15s doing night landings at Mountain Home

That being said, your interpretation of what the Bible says about the End Times may not be in line with what others believe. The Bible is intentionally vague as it pertains to this aspect of Christianity and as such there will be differing opinions; their suspicions as to who the Antichrist might be aren't necessarily silly to them. As Christians we must all be acutely aware of what is happening all over the world because it could be that we're very close to what prophecy foretells or very far from it as God's timing is not aligned with ours. This is but another piece of the mystery of God. "

And if anyone ever implied that YOU were the Antichrist, I would have reacted in the exact same way.
I'm sorry to say, but I think the notion is silly, mainly because it defies so much that Revelations and it's translations and interpretations tell us. "

For those who do not believe in Christ, then I will continue to expect the belittling and denial that will surely be forthcoming. After all, the actual rise of the Antichrist will be dependent upon those who will be easily fooled by him. Regardless of anyone's faith, I support their right to believe as they choose. As a citizen of the United States, that support is only bolstered by the rights outlined in our Constitution.
Still, those who mock others and portray them as kooks and other nonsensical labels seem to be taking their cues right out of the liberal playbook by Saul Alinsky. "

Actually Leonard, I do remember people saying that about junior Bushy (that he was the Antichrist), and I remember thinking the same thing: "LOL, the Antichrist...ROFL!!!"
Lets see..I'm going to play a little devil's advocate here for a moment (pun intended):
If he really was the Antichrist, I'm quite sure that according to prophecy, there isn't much you can do about it.
I've never really heard "The Antichrist will be in power for a term of 4 to 8 years, unless the citizens otherwise impeach or recall him". That might be a passage that I had overlooked though... "
