Nancy Luhdorff

Nancy Ann Luhdorff, 73, of Galt, died Jan. 1. She was born Nancy Ann Floessler on March 30, 1935, in Portland, Ore.
Mrs. Luhdorff married Donald Luhdorff on Sept. 19, 1954, and after 10 years of traveling while her husband served in the United States Air Force, they settled in San Jose. In 1970, she and her family moved to Galt. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting and collecting dolls. She also enjoyed visiting her family and the beach in Oregon and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Donald Luhdorff, of Galt; daughter, Elizabeth Walker, of Galt; son, Edward Luhdorff, of Galt; brother Richard Floessler, of Vancouver, Wash; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Floessler.
A Christian service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday in the chapel at Galt Funeral Home, 702 B St., Galt, with Pastor Rick Keiser II officiating. Committal will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Galt Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Galt Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
