14th Amendment voters
This was a season of 14th Amendment citizen voting, a festive occasion of media endorsements for the candidates that won, and elimination of candidates who were not endorsed.
Television was great. It showed the favorite candidates talking, with marquis and banners flashing "J-O-B-S." Even if the voters didn't know the meaning of all the words, or if the microphone wasn't connected, it didn't matter. "Experts" will take care of the citizens.
This election season was better than ones before. For the first time ever within range of voter memory recall, a candidate promised "change." Moreover, there weren't any last-minute campaign advertisements that could have been funded through the private sector of actual living men and women, who could barely afford to donate less than $100. 14th Amendment citizen-voters approved of the U.S. military staying in Iraq; they approved of their labor energy being posted as collateral with foreign bankers; they approved of surveillance and telephone eavesdropping; they approved of violations of habeas corpus and use of torture; and, they didn't demand an unimpeachable public investigation into 9/11.
Voters seldom question the 14th Amendment, which defines their status as federal citizens. 14th Amendment citizenship doesn't sound too bad, and the common noun spelling with a lowercase "c" seems innocent. Unfortunately, the rules of English grammar show that "citizens" and "voters" are common noun general items or things, which in this case, is derogatory. The original constitution refers to "Citizen," "Person," and "We the People" with full respect for foreign dignitaries, as proper noun titles, with uppercase first letters. The 14th Amendment disrespectfully demotes State Citizens and People into its own federal jurisdiction, placing citizens into a lower class. Thus the 14th Amendment is a manifestation of the defeat of the States in the Civil War.
Legally, the federal government is not required to disclose its strategy because its conflict with "We the People" is adversarial. Therefore, living men and women who want to become People and/or Citizens can only do so if they assert this claim by first learning who they are on a personal level.

t jefferson: I think you were referring to the one that's been in the White House for the last 8 years. Bush has been all about more government. "

If you want to understand what goes on in court, think of it as a bank.
The charging document is a bill-of-exchange. When the clerk accepts it, they are basically accepting a BOE, and the prosecutor is bonding it with his promise that a payor will be found.
At the trial, the prosecutor brings a check book, because if the case loses, he has to fulfill the promise of his bond.
Moreover, when the case closes with a verdict and/or sentencing, the bank books must balance.
Hence jails and prisons are debtors' warehouses. Debtors in the warehouse are paying on the bond of the BOE charging document which the original prosecutor created. "

The constitution was a bankruptcy reorganization. When you hear the expression, "the crown," it is referring to European bankers who hold the liens on the bankrupt 13 colonies, for the Mayflower expedition and the Revolutionary War, and later, the Louisiana Purchase.
Our taxes do not go to the treasury. They go to the crown.
Jeckyll Island is just a tip of the iceberg.
Since there is no real substance money, the United States as a corporation under the crown, uses double entry bookkeeping to transfer a sequence of debits and credits.
Sorry about the duplicate post. "

DH- You mean the Creature from Jeckyll island, fractional reserve lending, fiat currency, etc. Quite a bit, this is going to get a lot worse before it gets better. The clown going into the White house thinks the government is the solution not the problem. The end game with that line of thinking is dictatorship (either totalitarian or oligarchy). It is amazing how the wheel turns and how quickly people forget where they came from.
If the K-wave holds expect a massive war sometime next decade, heaven help us then. "

Does saying that help you to feel better about yourself?
Pathetic..... "

As far as the 14th amendment. It along with some other voter suffage changes have doomed the USA to the same fate as every other democracy in history. The question is how long. Personally I think we are much closer to the end then the beginning. The final endgame is bondage. Did anyone see the federal governemnt is going to start deploying combat hardened troops in the US Jan 1, as a rapid reaction force for civil disorders. Kind of scary if you ask me.... "
