JOE HARDEN

High School: St. Mary's
College: UC Davis
The sophomore had 16 points and eight rebounds and was named to the all-tournament team after leading the Aggies to a 64-55 victory over Loyola Marymount on Sunday in the World Vision Classic in Ames, Iowa.
Harden averaged 15.3 points and 10.3 rebounds in three games in the tournament. He also shot 14-of-16 from the line.

Cook, a junior starter on defense, led a strong defensive effort that limited Fresno State to just five shots on goal as the No. 2-ranked Bruins (19-0-2) defeated the Bulldogs, 5-0, in the first round of the Ncaa Ucla

Shepard, the starting long snapper on special teams, was in on 10 plays (3 PATs, 1 FG, 6 punts) in the Bulldogs' 24-17 win over New Mexico State at Fresno. Fresno State (6-4, 3-3 WAC) became bowl-eligible with the win.

The freshman starter on defense played 69 minutes for Fresno State in a 5-0 loss to UCLA in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Beilstein, a junior starting tight end for the Hardrockers, was named to the All-Dakota Conference second team. Beilstein finished the season with 46 catches for 508 yards and five touchdowns.

Caffese, the starting sophomore point guard for the Cougars (1-2), had five fouls in 13 minutes as Azusa Pacific beat Montana Western, 77-69, in the season opener on Nov. 6. He had three points and four assists in 19 minutes in an 83-69 loss to Westminster on Nov. 7. Caffese scored six points and dished off nine assists with one steal and one block while forcing eight turnovers on defense in 28 minutes in a 74-70 loss to Cal-State San Bernardino.

The starting junior guard had two points, one assist and one rebound in 31 minutes as San Diego lost its home season opener to San Diego State, 59-40, on Saturday night. Lawley will start for the Toreros in its next game against the University of the Pacific on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at the Spanos Center in Stockton.

A freshman goalkeeper, Ladd had 16 saves to keep Delta (8-9-3, 3-9-2) in the match as Santa Rosa defeated the Mustangs 1-0 last week.

DelaCruz had 23 points and six assists as the Mustangs hammered Cypress, 83-70, on Thursday at the Merced Shootout. In Saturday's championship game, DelaCruz scored 25 points as the Mustangs beat Northern California's top-ranked team, Foothill, 66-60, to claim the Coca Cola Classic championship. It was the first tournament title in three years for the Mustangs (4-2) and DelaCruz was named the most valuable player.

Moore scored 13 points as the Mustangs (3-2) rallied from a 45-44 halftime deficit to defeat host Merced, 81-78, in the semifinals of the Merced Tournament on Friday.

A senior, Mahoney led the Tigers (10-19, 0-7 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation) with two goals in a 13-6 loss to Long Beach State on Friday.

Thomas, a starter at small forward, had 14 points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals and one blocked shot in 19 minutes in a 101-78 win over Western Oregon in the Vikings' home opener on Wednesday.
Thomas totaled seven rebounds, four assists and two points for Portland State (2-0) in a 78-74 win on the road over Rice University on Saturday.
