Camilo Apolonio
Enjoyed baseball, 'Price is Right'
Camilo Apolonio, 86, of San Joaquin County, died Nov. 14 in Lodi. He was born July 18, 1922, in Michoacan, Mexico.
Mr. Apolonio worked in the fields in the United States and married Guadalupe Lopez, an American citizen who was raised in Mexico. The couple worked for about 50 years to support their family. He lived for 45 years in San Joaquin County, much of it in Lodi.
He repaired and sold bicycles and fixed lamps. He was a big fan of the Oakland Athletics, and enjoyed watching baseball and "The Price Is Right."
He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Apolonio; children, Lupie Ruiz, Jose Apolonio and Lydia Apolonio; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lodi Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
