Calm down dude. "

Then add several "Liberal Supreme Court Justices, and our Constitution can be stipped of the "Rights that mean the most freedoms, and "Poof" "No More America, welcome "Socialism"! America will not be "Taken by force, it will be "Taken" without ever firing a shot! "

" I think Joey Ventura pretty well wraps it up in his comments. Obama's helping the poor and he's looking forward to another stimulus check. Yup - this is what we can ALL look forward to - the government taking "care" of us to the point where we won't need to be responsible for ourselves anymore.

Sadly, this is a big reason why Obama won. Joey won't have any reason to improve himself to the point where he could find a better paying job than the one he apparently holds at Carl's Jr. Obama is coming to his rescue and we can all now breathe a collective sigh of relief. Yeah - right! Socialism is on the rise and if Obama keeps even just a few of his campaign promises, our so-called Constitutional rights will dwindle away. Don't forget about his comments about guns and religion as well as so many others frothing at the mouth hoping for the re-enactment of the "Fairness Doctrine." We're in big trouble, folks. Hold on to your rights, because we're all going to wake up one morning very soon and find that we no longer possess them. "

" My advice to president-elect Obama?

Encourage the passage of two of Ron Paul's bills:

1. H.R. 2755 - To abolish the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, and for other purposes.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-2755

2. H.R. 3835 - To restore the Constitution's checks and balances and protections against government abuses as envisioned by the Founding Fathers.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-3835

3. Appoint Ron Paul Secretary of the Treasury or in some other financial/economic position of responsibility.

This would bring the Ron Paul supporters into the Obama camp and show a true spirit of bi-partisanship being that Ron Paul is a Republican. It would show true unity and help begin the healing in our country.

Fact is, many Ron Paul supporters also supported Obama, and vice versa. "

This type of "Casual Rudeness" by the person who will soon be in the Whitehouse, if "Pulled on other Countries leaders"...is sure NOT to improve our relations with those countries or the world! "

" He will appoint as many Democrats, as well as Republicans who support his "LIBERAL VIEWS and GOALS"! He will appoint as many "Clinton people as he can because regardless of your political party beliefs, "One hand, WASHES THE OTHER"! REMOVING OPPOSITION to what you want pushed thru the Congress and Senate is NOT "Bipartianship"! That is purely, We DEMO's have control now and we are going to do things OUR WAY, and ENSURE by being liberal with our objectives, that we are re-elected in 2012! Please don't whine and tell me that isn't so Demo's!
The destruction of a country can be accomplished from only two paths: "Take it over militarily, or take it over from "Within"! 27% of America have my same concerns so please stop with your Demo slanted...I am just mad because a 2 year senator, with NO experience to be the leader of America became president!

"There were some negative reactions to Obama's election as well. Three in 10 describe themselves as "pessimistic," and 27% say they are "afraid”.

" bipartisanship, to me means "All senator's and Congressmen, setting aside "SELFISH DEMANDS of "We will never vote for that".... because of Party Beliefs, and INSTEAD "Working together to make the best laws and programs aimed at one thing and only one thing: "To help the people, to help the economy, to strengthen America, to strengthen our military, to follow our Constitution NOT CHANGE it on behalf of a "PARTY"! To NOT Tinker with the balance of Supreme court justices, so more liberal court decisions can be made in favor of changing our country!Every President is EAGER to BRIBE other countries and give away BILLIONS of dollars, which they never repay and so much never reaches the intended place! But we CANNOT ELECT a president who chooses to set aside "A billion dollars to each State for Jobs, and training to give our people employment and give them the training for those jobs! Georgia offers prisoners a 4 year degree in the (5 Highest paid jobs in their State), to give them the skills NOT TO RETURN TO PRISON). Please do not look for this president to be non-bipartason. Look to him to do ONE THING! Continued... "

T & C wrote on Nov 8, 2008 8:14 AM:

" " 50 Million voters agreed they have fear a 2 year senator who now profits from his three books world wide that he was the best choice to guide America thru this very rough time! The response from you Demo's about our LEGITIMATE CONCERNS is to "Gloat, and obnoctiously say "Shut Up, CHANGE IS ON THE WAY!" The change you refer to is "Reshaping the Constitution to destroy America"! Time will tell in just the first 12 months what direction this new president has in store for America!

"There were some negative reactions to Obama's election as well. Three in 10 describe themselves as "pessimistic," and 27% say they are "afraid.
http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2008-11-06-poll_N.htm

My advice would be to "Listen as intently" to those americans with "FEARS about what he can do to HARM America, as he does to those who simply wish to save their middle class mortgages and 401 K Funds"! That is very unlikely because historically, the republicans have fought tooth and nail against the concerns of the demo's and the demo's have done the same towards republicans! If this new president really cares, he would ensure a "Bi-Partisanship" path in the Senate & House". "

" Cogito: If the president-elect wants to bring the troops home, then why didn't he just say that he was going to bring them home, immediately?

No conditions. No worries. Just bring them home. All of them, on the 3rd week of January.

I don't think Obama is going to do that. "

DanielH wrote on Nov 7, 2008 9:42 AM:

" Cogito: That excuse is being used to listen on trillions of domestic* telephone calls. My math says that's just about every American household.

When congress handed Bush an order to end domestic telephone eavesdropping, he attached a revision to the bill, thus notifying congress how he was going to interpret the order. Thus single-handedly, with the stroke of an ink pen, he changed congress's order after it was already legislated.

If government really wants to stop terrorism, then why hasn't there been an unimpeachable public investigation into 9/11?

I doubt the government is really pursuing the arrest of Osama bin Laden.

* It would take several words to expose how the physical soil under 50 states are actually foreign. When the Bush Administration said "international" they could have meant the 50 states, as they are actually foreign.

Why do they need to tell the truth anyway? They are spying on the citizens. "

Cogito wrote on Nov 6, 2008 7:54 PM:

" Daniel, if we were monitoring the calls of a known terrorist in another country, and that terrorist were exchanging calls with someone in our country, you wouldn't give the power to our government to find out what they may be discussing? I wouldn't give the power to a single agency, but I would give them the power trough some checks and balances. "

Cogito wrote on Nov 6, 2008 7:49 PM:
