Manna, Kooyman wed in June
Matthew Manna and Megan Kooyman, both of Lodi, were married in June.
Manna graduated from Lodi High School in 2000, and then from Fresno State in 2005. He is employed by Manna Ranch. He is the son of Mike and Lisa Manna, of Acampo.
Kooyman graduated from Lodi High School in 2000, and then from Federico College of Hairstyling in 2001. She is employed as an esthetician at The Dermal Clinic. She is the daughter of Patty and Tim Kooyman, of Lodi.
The couple was married on June 6 at the Raverty Estate overlooking the river in Acampo.
The bride wore a lace LA Sposa gown with beading and fitted with straps cris-crossing in back. She carried a bouquet of ivory roses and orchids.
The best man was John Giannoni, of Las Vegas, Nev., childhood friend of the couple. The groomsmen were Joe Cataldo, of Lodi, and Brandon Swyassink, of Lodi, both friends of the groom.
The maid of honor was Kayla Kooyman, of San Francisco, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Marisa Manna, of Santa Rosa, sister of the groom; and Coby Kooyman, of Lodi, sister of the bride.
The ushers were Joey Fiori and David Fiori, both of Pasadena and both friends of the groom. The greeters were Dave and Kim Duke.
Special guests included Al and Mary Jean Kooyman, of Lodi, grandparents of the bride; Elaine Carmody, of Lodi, grandmother of the bride; Dan Harkov, of Lodi grandfather of the groom; Debbie and Chuck Giordano, of Nevada, aunt and uncle of the groom; and Gladys and Kylie Carmody, of Nebraska, aunt and cousin of the bride.
The couple spent their honeymoon on the U.S. Virgin Islands of St. John and St. Thomas. They have made their home in Acampo.
