Bartlett's day
Tampa Bay Rays starting shortstop Jason Bartlett, a Lodi native, went 1-for-4 and scored once in the Rays' 6-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox in Game 4 of the American League Division Series. Bartlett doubled to left field in the seventh inning and came around to score on a Carlos Pena single for the Rays' last run of the game.
Attempts to reach Bartlett after the game were unsuccessful.
Bartlett and the Rays are now headed to the American League Championship Series to face the Boston Red Sox. Game 1 is set for Friday at 5:37 p.m. and can be seen on TBS.
