Turner onramp, lane closure planned
The northbound Turner Road-Cherokee Lane onramp to Highway 99 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. One lane on northbound Highway 99 on the Mokelumne River bridge will be closed at the same time.
Crews will grind out the pavement and replace it with polyester concrete.
McNerney announces endorsements
Rep. Jerry McNerney, D-Pleasanton, has announced endorsements from 121 local elected officials and community leaders from across the 11th District and Northern California.
The most recent endorsement came from San Joaquin County Supervisor Victor Mow. Other endorsements came from former Stockton Police Chief Lucian Neely, Morgan Hill Mayor Steve Tate, Dublin Mayor Janet Lockhart, and Danville Vice Mayor Newell Arnerich.

Lane closures on Grant Line in Tracy
Lane closures may be expected on Grant Line Road underneath Interstate 205 in Tracy from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Wednesday through Oct. 10. No work is scheduled for Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.
