    Iced coffee tips

  • Instead of plain ice cubes, freeze some coffee ahead of time in an ice cube tray. For a fancy touch, add a couple of whole roasted coffee beans to the cubes.
  • Use rock sugar swizzle sticks, which are stiff sticks covered in thick rock candy at the end.
  • To make the iced coffee frostier, put the coffee in the refrigerator once it's down to room temperature.
  • Top it off with some flavored whipped cream.
  • Use a cold method of coffee brewing by soaking coffee grounds overnight in cold water, rather than heating the water.
