Current candidates have no strategy
Years ago, presidential candidates advocated a strategy to improve America's economy, to protect America from enemies foreign and domestic, and to ensure and maintain America's national sovereignty.
However, today's presidential candidates' strategy is strictly how to gain votes and win-over racial groups and special interest entities. Just watch the news! This election is not about America and Americans; it is about Barack Obama and John McCain and what they need to do, say or how to act to gain the vote. These men have no strategies nor legitimate concerns for America's well being.
Why aren't they talking about stopping this ongoing invasion of illegal aliens from Mexico plundering America; or deporting those who are here illegally — leaching off hardworking American tax dollars; or converting to alternative energies? As food and fuel prices soar and the dollar plummets, these men just continue posturing for positions of power, rather than strategizing to solve America's serious problems. America no longer has representation from either the Democratic nor the Republican Party. They are all selfabsorbed, corrupt elitists who couldn't care less that America is losing its sovereignty and turning into a socialist nation.
Have you ever heard of the Amero — the new currency for the North America Union of Mexico, Canada and America? Have you ever heard of the Security Prosperity Partnership, NAFTA Highway, United Nations Constitution or the New World Order being promoted by Bush and other politicians? Visit youtube.com or metacafe.com and search a few of the key words just mentioned, and you will see that America is falling. Most citizens don't know that the House of Representatives held a secret closed session meeting on March 13, 2008, — only the fifth such meeting held throughout the history of our nation. Search youtube.com for House of Representatives closed session meeting and include the word Australia. It leaked out in the Australian newspaper what this closed session was truly about. It states that this meeting was about the imminent collapse of America's economy and the preparation of safe houses for congress and other representatives due to civil uprisings.
Yes, some of us just don't care, some are in denial and some are too busy to know — all will change when our dollar has the same value as the peso.

Perhaps because Bry is the author of the original letter he feels that any of us who comment on it are in some way obligated to follow his instructions on the blogs. He must understand that we are under no obligation to do so.
My amusement by those who simply cannot tolerate those who do not agree with them increases by the day; not only on this forum, but in other venues as well. The conspiracy theory and far left crowds are arrogant bunches, that's for certain. "

It's not a matter of 'denial' of these conspiracy theories; it is simply that many of us do not 'believe' them. It is also not that this hasn't been brought to our collective attention before; it has and I for one performed what I believe to be adequate due diligence in investigating the plausibility of the notion. After reviewing what I believe to be sufficient information I concluded that it is not something to take seriously. "

My observations indicate that both presumptive nominees have each made their share of mistakes, gaffes and other political missteps along the way. At 51 and in my battered physical condition, I can state with absolute certainty that John McCain is more qualified than I am to take on the job. But I haven't thrown my hat into the ring for the top job and if I am contacted as a possible choice for the V.P. slot, I'm afraid I would have to turn down the opportunity; much to the chagrin of most bloggers here. "Is John McCain losing it?"
Which is ***exactly*** what I've been saying about his mental competency to be president which, of course, would relate directly to his health.
A large portion of his cancer appears to be on his face; how do we know it hasn't extended to his brain? We don't. He recently had a mole removed from his temple. All of this does not bode well for the man.

Well, Cogito your comment indicates that you don't care about anyone but yourself. Many people are concerned for their children's future and fellowman. No wonder you justify our corrupt politicans and their schemes. You have the same selfminded attitude. And what will be achieved by the destruction of America is no more free enterprise nor constitutional rights but poverty and socialism under the absolute control of self minded elitest governing body. I am sure you can relate to the selfminded part! "

Since Paul is not (and has never been) a viable presidential candidate, I wonder just why anyone would give any credence whatsoever to his beliefs of this 'new world order' of which you speak.
In addition, just a cursory review of Paul's congressional record reveals that since the late 1990s he has been successful at nothing - no bills have made it out of committee let alone become a successful piece of legislation. I am constantly amazed as to just why his Texas district continues to allow him to take up a coveted seat in the U.S. House of Representatives; but of course that is their choice and they 'get' what they deserve.
Regardless, I am anxiously awaiting his own little convention that is planned to coincide with the Republican National Convention in Minnesota the first week of September. Rumor has it there may be a surprise or two! Anyone care to hazard a guess? "

One could say Bush has protected this country from having another 9/11. However, I believe he did something much worse during his Presidency--he sold us out. Washington knew they had a problem on their hands if they took serious actions against illegal aliens which most of know the majority are from Mexico. This was the solution between the powers at the time President Vicente Fox was in office. The meetings at Bushs ranch in Crawford, Texas was essentially the summit of where this deal was formalized. It is all down hill from here. I know what happen when the EU was formed. It was supposed to be a sweet deal with virtually no borders to worry about and trade could run freely. You think our home values are plummeting now? You haven't seen nothing yet. "

That being said the 'Amero' theory has been running its course out there for a long time now and has yet to gain much traction in reality. I would think that if Bush had hoped such a change would come to fruition on his watch we would have at least seen some serious move in that direction. "

Well, that may or may not be true, but it is certainly not the point the answer that a reasonable person would expect. Since you had stated with incredible certainty on numerous occasions that McCain would be 'out of the race' by the end of July, I am naturally curious as to why this has not come to pass. That's all.
So if your answer that his health is not good supports your previous contentions, then of course I can expect nothing more from you in this regard. If, however you have something more to add that may help to clarify or update your beliefs I would be very interested in hearing them. Thanks. "

The only reason immigration is not above-the-fold now is that there are too many other imminent matters that have taken center stage. Regardless, we already know what both of these nominees will be doing about the problem - not much. But even since Ronald Reagan in the 1980s there hasn't been much serious consideration of the matter. Nothing's changed.
The Amero, this is one of those 'conspiracy theory' situations that has its share of believers and nonbelievers. Frankly, I don't think there's much to it. Others will call me nave and irresponsible for not seeing the notion as the serious threat that it is, but as of now it all boils down to a matter of opinion. Regardless, at this point it's a non-issue. As such, no candidate is going to waste one nano-second of their precious air time (paid or free) to talk about something that won't help get them elected. Again, nothing's changed. "

This perception can be attributed greatly to the onslaught of 24-hour cable news coverage. In the past I remember having only three major television channels to watch and the news (even during presidential campaigns) was limited to an hour or so around 6:00 p.m. and another one-half hour at 11:00 p.m. (I lived on the east coast.)
If something of truly significant interest occurred only then would there be a BULLETIN break-in of our then favorite TV shows. Now, when each new 'news' program begins we're treated to the BREAKING NEWS caption across the screen that follows with nothing much in the way of anything new; usually just a recap of an event that happened hours (or even days) prior.
No, 'then' was the same as 'now' - winning for themselves comes first. "
