David Cooper

High School: Tokay High
Pro: Lansing Lugnuts
The left-handed first baseman is hitting .342 with two home runs, seven doubles, 13 RBIs and 11 runs in 18 games with the Lugnuts, a Class-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. He went 2-for-5 with a double and one run scored in Sunday's 6-3 loss to the Clinton LumberKings and went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs in a 6-1 win over the Quad Cities River Bandits last Thursday. Cooper was 3-for-6 with a double, RBI and two runs scored in a 9-8 loss to the Kane County Cougars on July 21. He homered in back-to-back games July 18-19
Zach Phillips

Pro: Bakersfield Blaze
The left-handed starter is 6-7 with a 6.35 ERA in 22 starts for the Blaze, a Single-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Phillips picked up a win in Sunday's 12-7 victory over the Stockton Ports despite a rocky outing. He gave up seven runs on seven hits (2 Ks, 2 BBs) in five innings of work. Phillips had a no-decision in Bakersfield's 3-2 win over the San Jose Giants last Tuesday. He allowed one run on two hits with eight Ks and three walks.

Pro: Tampa Bay Rays
The starting shortstop went 3-for-3 with a double and a run scored in Tampa's 4-2 loss to the Kansas City Royals last Thursday in his first game back from the disabled list. Bartlett went 0-11 over the weekend and is batting .254 for the season.

He didn't allow a hit in an inning of scoreless relief in Tulsa's 4-3 loss to the Northwest Arkansas Naturals last Wednesday.

Ferrero finished at 2-under and tied for sixth in the USI Championship this past weekend at the Beaver Meadow Golf Course in Concord, N.H. She shot a three-round total 72-70-70—212, eight shots back of the winner. Ferrero is currently 15th on the money list with $16,996 in earnings this year.
