" Why in the world would a city council put on a very important presentation on redevelopment that should be held in the evening when all taxpayers can attend rather than at 7AM in the morning? Sounds to me like they're getting ready to pull that redevelopment wool over your eyes while everyone else is either in bed or on their way to work. You Lodians are certainly a naive and uninformed bunch. Do you city slickers pay them sick leave for either being late or not even showing up at their regular jobs? Or are they just comped meals, weekend
    getaways? "
