The shortstop had two hits, including a double, for the Devil Rays (6-6) in a 6-5 loss to the Mariners last Wednesday.

Pro: Tulsa Drillers
The right-hander gave up no runs in one inning of work last Saturday and the Drillers (4-6) lost 5-1 to Corpus Christi. He threw two shutout innings while giving up one hit and striking out one in a 4-3 win over Corpus Christi last Thursday. He had a save last Monday in a 1-0 win over San Antonio.

The junior first baseman went 4-for-6 with two RBIs and two runs as the No. 5 Golden Bears (23-9-2, 5-4 league) beat USC 13-11 Sunday. He had a double, a single and an RBI in a 17-1 loss to USC last Friday. He went 3-for-5 with a double, his Pac-10 leading 14th home run and three RBIs in a 16-8 win over Santa Clara last Wednesday. He had a hit and scored a run in a 5-5 tie against Stanford last Monday.
