Jensen's big game lifts Titans in big comeback

Accomplishment:Lodi Academy senior Marissa Jensen had 22 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Titans to a 49-47 come-from-behind victory against cross-town rival Elliot last week.

Family:Espen and Kami Jensen, parents; one brother.
Favorite sport:Basketball. Jensen, who's been playing since the eighth grade, loves the fast pace of the game.
"It's exciting and I really have fun being around all the personalities on the team. It's a friendly atmosphere."
Favorite athlete:Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash. "He's a good passer and an unselfish player," Jensen said.
Favorite hobbies:Going to the movies, shopping, hanging with friends and playing sports.
Favorite subject:Math. "It's interesting and I like to challenge myself," Jensen said.
Would like to meet:Oprah Winfrey, "Because she's Oprah," Jensen said. "She's very powerful, amazing and influential. It would be really cool to meet her."
Crowning achievement:Rallying to defeat Elliot last week. "We were trailing but we stayed positive and ended up winning in the end," Jensen said.
Plans:Jensen will attend Pacific Union College in Napa and hopes to become a nurse and anesthesiologist.
The Athlete of the Week is selected by the News-Sentinel sports staff. Nominations are gladly accepted. Jensen will receive a T-shirt courtesy of Lodi Sporting Goods for being selected.
