The WR capped off a record-breaking season with 10 catches for 183 yards and a TD in Azusa's 31-20 win over Webber International University on Nov. 3. Davis finished his junior year with single-season records for TDs (21) and points (128). His 21 TDs is tops in college football this season. Davis finished the season with 73 receptions for 1,258 yards.
"It's been great to see a young man like Jon have this kind of season," Cougar coach Victor Santa Cruz said on the school's Web site. "There is no ego about him. He is not trying to get the accolades. Every week he came to practice and tried to get better, and as he did, we found more ways to use him. His attitude is what has made him successful."

Houston Dynamo
The second-year defender and the Dynamo are back in the MLS Cup after Houston defeated the Kansas City Wizards in the Western Conference Championship on Saturday. The Dynamo will play the New England Revolution in the title game next Sunday in a rematch of last year's championship game won by Houston in penalty kicks.
