In the 24 hours since 9:30 a.m. Sunday, the Lodi Police Department handled 147 calls for service. The following is a sample of calls received by dispatchers:
Sunday
9:45 a.m.: A man found a bullet in his black Hummer H2, related to a Sunday incident in which a man was shot in the foot.
10 a.m.: A male and female were involved in a domestic fight on Sunwest Drive.
11:45 a.m.: Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call from the 1800 block of South Cherokee Lane, but then someone came on the line and said dispatchers had the wrong number.
12:18 p.m.: During a road rage incident at Almond Drive and Stockton Street, a man got out of his black Ford Mustang and hit another male, then headed north.
12:37 p.m.: Someone burglarized a residence in the 200 block of East Tokay Street.
2:26 p.m.: People were setting off fireworks and aiming them at other apartments in the 700 block of McCoy Court.
4:38 p.m.: A West Walnut Street man's soon-to-be ex-wife took his iPod.
7:10 p.m.: Neighbors in the 900 block of South Hutchins Street were involved in a dispute over damage to a fence.
9:20 p.m.: A vicious pit bull was not chained up and tried to attack a female as she walked on Lee Avenue near Walnut Street.
9:39 p.m.: About 10 juveniles were drinking inside a green vehicle in the 100 block of Flora Street.
10:10 p.m.: A suspicious man was ducking in and out of bushes in the 1200 block of South Lee Avenue. He was last seen sitting on the corner at Tamarack Drive.
10:23 p.m.: Four or five men were throwing items at another male, trying to fight him in the 300 block of East Pine Street.
10:30 p.m.: Two men shot rifles into the air from inside a black Chevrolet S10 truck near Olive Court and Church Street.
10:45 p.m.: Someone may have been stabbed in the stomach near Central Avenue and Elm Street.
Monday
2:21 a.m.: A South Church Street man reported his gun stolen after Galt police found it.
4:56 p.m.: A male on a bicycle was towing a cart and possibly wearing night vision goggles at Eilers and Woodhaven lanes. He had a local warrant.
8:40 p.m.: An employee stole more than $400 from Cherokee Mini Market, 401 S. Cherokee Lane.
9:06 a.m.: Someone broke into a Tree Court home and made off with a computer.
