In other action, supervisors will consider certifying an Environmental Impact Report about a proposal to expand the North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill on Harney Lane between Tully and Clements roads, consider an agreement with Caltrans to construct traffic signals at Highway 12 and Davis Road and at Highway 88 and Harney Lane.
The board will also consider awarding a contract to resurface Woodbridge Road.
Today's meeting will begin at 9 a.m. on the seventh floor of the county courthouse, 222 E. Weber Ave., Stockton.

Woman shot at party
A 19-year-old woman was shot in the leg after a large weekend party in Morada.
The shooting happened at 4:34 a.m. Saturday near Canepa and Hildreth lanes, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies arrived and most people, including the victim, had left the party, Sheriff's spokesman Les Garcia said.
The victim later arrived at St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton, where she was treated for a wound that was not considered life-threatening. She was not cooperative with deputies, and by Monday they were still trying to determine who was responsible for the shooting, Garcia said.
