Travis Jensen recently won a belt buckle at a junior rodeo/Bible camp in Idaho.
Jensen, 13, an incoming freshman at Lodi High School, won the rodeo's steer-riding event.
He and his twin brother, Troy, participated in the camp, which consisted of chapel and Bible study each morning and evening along with rodeo events in the afternoon.
Events offered at the camp included saddle bronc, bareback, bull and steer riding, steer dodging, calf roping, barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, breakaway roping, team roping and horsemanship.
The camp is intended to teach rodeo youth to put God first in their lives and all their activities.
Several camps are available in Oregon and Idaho, the next one being in August. For more information, call their father, Curtis Jensen, at 369-0941.
