KMG Real Estate firm established in Lodi

Representatives of Key Management Group, Inc. recently announced the formation of KMG Real Estate.

The new company will specialize in residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial real estate sales and leasing.

KMG Real Estate is a subsidiary of the Daryl and Larry Geweke-owned development company Key Management Group, Inc.

Tad Platt and Gay Gerard Platt, former owners of Gerard & Gerard Realtors, along with Sandra Oberle, will be the sales associates of the new company.

Dale Gillespie, vice president of Key Management Group, is the broker for KMG Real Estate and intends to expand the venture's client base in Lodi.

KMG Real Estate's offices are located at 2475 Maggio Circle and can be reached at 371-2444.

Dollar Tree store to open in Galt

The new Dollar Tree discount store had a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:30 a.m. today at the new Galt Village Shopping Center on Twin Cities Road, just east of Highway 99.

Dollar Tree will be the center's second store to open in the shopping center.

Blockbuster Video opened in December.

The center's anchor tenant, a Raley's Superstore, will open for business at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
