On Saturday, the Lodi Kiwanis Club, together with the city of Lodi’s Parks and Recreation Department, will again sponsor a free Easter egg hunt for the young children of Lodi (ages 2 to 10).

This year’s event will be held at Lodi Middle School, 945 S. Ham Lane. Activities start at 9 a.m. and end at 10:30 a.m.

The Lodi Kiwanis Club will also be serving a delicious pancake breakfast (known as Breakfast with the Bunny) on that morning in the school’s cafeteria. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Prices are $5 for adults, and $3 for children over age 3. There’s no charge for children 3 or under.

Proceeds from the breakfast are used to purchase eggs for the hunt and scholarships at Lodi and Tokay high schools. Tickets will be sold at the door.

Members of the Lodi Kiwanis Club appreciate the community’s past support and look forward to another successful event this year.
