I, too, would like to thank Andrew Adams for his article about Lodi's most memorable mayors.
However, I am somewhat confused.
You state Robert Rinn served the longest term as mayor from 1942-1950, which is eight years.
George Martin Steele served as mayor from 1932-1942, which is 10 years. I was led to believe he served the longest term so far.
Your article also states we had three mayors in 1942: Clifford Bull, Robert Rinn and G.M. Steele.
