This letter was sent to us by Daniela Sader. It is thoughtful and well meant. We would very much like to share this with the American people.

Dear Kay and Jack,

I hope that you’re all doing fine after all.

I’m just writing you to tell you that Tuesday the 11th was the worst day of my life. But I think that it was even worse for the American people.

When I came home from work and I saw it happen on TV, I was just like paralyzed. I did not realize what happened in America.

How can people do this? How can they?

Why?

I just don’t understand the world (actually, some people) anymore. It was like a bad movie, so unreal. But unfortunately it is real.

When I came to work on Wednesday and I saw all the newspapers with the same sad story, I felt very helpless. I wanna help so willingly, but I can’t.

I want to tell you my sympathy. I pray for everyone who died that morning and for everyone who lost someone.

Let the U.S.A. fight back and let them show the whole world how strong they are. Let God bless you and let you be out of harm’s way.
