Lincoln 4, Tokay 3

Tokay High's varsity softball team suffered its first setback in more than a year in San Joaquin Athletic Association action Tuesday.

The Tigers, who went a perfect 14-0 en route to the league title a season ago, gave up four unearned runs.

Tokay coach Rick Vollstedt, who said the team has been complacent all season, pointed to the loss as a wake-up call.
