The Lodi News-Sentinel Retail/Classified, and Lodinews.com Web Site Rate Cards are available in PDF format. To download, click on the thumbnail images (or the text links below each image). Your Web browser may be configured to open PDFs within the browser window. If you prefer to download the file to your hard drive, PC owners should right click on the image or link, and select “Save Target As...” from the pop-up menu. Mac owners can download the file by simply holding down the Option key when clicking on the image or text link.
The Lodi News-Sentinel reserves the right to refuse, alter, edit, or omit any advertising submitted for publication, including adding of the words “Paid Advertisement” above any advertisement set to resemble editorial copy.
Every effort will be made to return photographs or other advertising material furnished by advertisers upon their request. The Lodi News-Sentinel cannot be held responsible in case of loss or damage.
Publisher reserves the right to change advertising rates at any time. Contract advertisers will be given 30 days notice.
Political advertising must be prepaid. Local rates apply. Ads must conform to all related laws and News- Sentinel policy. Political flyers must be submitted one week prior to publication for approval.
Adjustments for billing errors will be made within 60 days of the error. Publisher will not be responsible for adjustments beyond 60 days of publication date in question.
The Lodi News-Sentinel’s liability shall at no time exceed the cost of the space involved. Any error should be reported immediately as the News-Sentinel’s liability is limited to the first insertion and ceases completely if not reported within five days of the publication date. The News-Sentinel will provide a letter of correction specifying any error in an advertisement.
The advertiser assumes full responsibility for the truthfulness and content of its ads, and the News- Sentinel shall have no responsibility therefore. The advertiser shall and does indemnify, defend, and hold the News-Sentinel harmless from any and all loss, cost, expense, claims, demands, damages and liability, including attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or relate to any advertisement placed by the advertiser.
Special position of any ad is not guaranteed. Failure to meet position requests will not constitute cause for adjustment, refund or rerun.
