11 a. m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. At that time, the proposals will be publicly opened and read in the Public Works Conference Room, Lodi City Hall, 221 W. Pine Street, for performing the following described work.The work consists of installing approximately 6,890 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch water main, 142 water services, and other incidental and related work, all as shown on the plans and specifications for Water Main Replacement Program Project No. 3.The Contractor agrees to commence work within 15 calendar days after both parties have signed the contract and to complete the work within
70 working days. Upon signing the contract, Contractor agrees that length of time of the contract is reasonable.In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, the Director of Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the general prevailing rates of wages and employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation, travel time, and subsistence pay as provided for in Section 1773.8, apprenticeship or other training programs authorized by Section 3093 and similar purposes applicable to the work to be done. ORDINANCE NO. 1825AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI AMENDING LODI MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 15.68, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY MULTI-SPECIES HABITAT CONSERVATION AND OPEN SPACE PLAN DEVELOPMENT FEES, BY REPEALING AND REENACTING SECTION 15.68.020(B), ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the fee adjustment schedule for the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat and Conservation and Open Space Plan with an effective date of January 1st of each year as required by the San Joaquin Council of Governments.
