During his speech to Planned Parenthood on April 26, Obama invoked God's blessings and mocked North Dakota for their ruling — that once a baby's heartbeat is detected in utero around six weeks, it can no longer be aborted. Clearly, Obama doesn't care or realize that by the time the heart starts beating, the baby is making and circulating his or her own blood with their own DNA and chromosomes.
